Lumpkin County Justice Center

Marriage Divorce and Probate

Lumpkin County Court History
Lumpkin County was created in 1832 and is tied closely to the north Georgia gold rush. The official county history says the Old Courthouse was built in 1836 in Dahlonega and is the oldest public building in North Georgia.
