Why We Built This Site
Georgia gives the public broad access to many court and government records, but Lumpkin County uses different offices for different records. The Clerk of Superior Court handles court case files, divorce decrees, deeds, plats, liens, and related certified records. Probate Court handles estates, marriage licenses, birth and death certificates, weapons carry licenses, and Probate traffic citations. Dahlonega Municipal Court handles city traffic, misdemeanor, and ordinance cases. The Sheriff's Office handles jail, arrest, incident, warrant, civil process, and criminal-history request channels. This site brings those official paths together without replacing the government offices that hold the records.

- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
